At ESMÉ, our mission is to lead the industry in providing healthy and clean beauty products, while ensuring a safe working environment for both our employees and clients. Instead of defining beauty narrowly, we celebrate it in all its diverse forms, as reflected in our tagline: "ESMÉ Beautiful. Your Kind of Beautiful."

ESMÉ originated as a way to express creativity and create a healthier alternative for loved ones. This journey revealed a genuine need for truly healthy beauty boutiques in the industry. Committed to this path, we began crafting spa recipes, including lotions, scrubs, bath bombs, and health elixirs. We continue to handcraft all of our lotions and scrubs in-store, using the highest quality and purest ingredients.

MEET PEARL

OWNER

Pearl has been in the beauty industry for 14 years, building and operating studios from the ground up. Raised in a military family in India, she was exposed early to many cultures and traditions, which instilled a lasting respect for diversity and a high standard of care. She founded POLISH, today one of the most successful lash and nail brands in India, with locations in New Delhi, Gurgaon, Chandigarh, and Mohali. She continues to own and run the brand from Canada.

In August 2023 she relocated to Calgary with her husband and two sons. In 2024 she acquired Esmé, an existing salon in Inglewood at 2010 11 Street SE. Stepping into ownership of a business already in motion, she brought her experience in operations, team development, and client service to a new community. Pearl’s approach is simple: exceptional technical work, a welcoming studio, and service that treats every client as an individual.
